The Youth centre of Dravinja Valley carries out activities in the field of informal education, culture, encouragement of positive rivalry, informing and consultancy, voluntarily youth work, mobility of the young (European Youth Programme), encouraging of moral and ethical principles, programmes about informing and preventing addictions, personality growth, encouraging activities in youth organizations, publishing, and other free time activities (craft, workshops). Intercultural dialogue
To make an e-database of videos about intercultural dialogue from all projects that we are working on.
YuGOslavija
International project that is offering youngsters from Slovenia and other ex-YU new knowledge. Giving youngsters the opportunity to travel and to host others in Slovenia. Outcome will be seen as "travelers diary" evenings, 2 exhibitions and 4 thematic evenings in the youth centre.
Anahabla umaznjona
International project that is offering youngsters from Slovenia and other countries from EU to get to know Mediterranean countries, and their culture. Giving youngsters the opportunity to travel there and to host others in Slovenia. Outcomes will be seen as "travelers diary" evenings, 2 exhibitions and 4 thematic evenings in youth centre. The project will be supported also by Arabic and Hebrew lessons in the youth centre.
Music connects
A cycle of international activities, connecting young musicians from EU countries. Three international 10-day events + 6 concerts in the youth centre. Outcome: internet page, video, new knowledge and experience.
