The Instituut voor Publiek en Politiek (IPP) - the Dutch Centre for Political Participation - is an independent, non-partisan organisation that promotes political and social participation, both in the Netherlands and abroad. Some of its projects are subsidised by the central government. Besides that, a substantial part of its revenue is generated by commissions from provincial and municipal authorities, other government agencies, and non-governmental organisations.
