The CLS is a private non-profit policy institute based in Sofia, Bulgaria. During its more than 10 years of experience, the Centre has strived to provide policy analysis and proposals based on sound and deep academic research in three fields – politics, economy and security, with a two-level focus – national and regional. It has been an active participant in many debates, and has developed a lively network of partners in Bulgaria and in the region of Southeast Europe.
